As a female driver I always feel intimidated when using garages. The staff at New Willow Garage were really helpful and made me feel at ease. I trusted them.

Very helpful staff. They took time to explain work done.
The family have used Willow Garage for a number of years. When we moved to Sunderland we used a different local garage only to return to Kevin, so he could put their shoddy work right. Kevin offers his advice and honest opinions about your vehicle and in my experience will only carry out works that are necessary. Work is explained fully before it is carried out and the estimates given are accurate. Invoices fully detailed, all works carried out with a full parts and labour breakdown. If you are in the area - use New Willow, if you are not in the area - make the effort to get there and use Kevin and his lads anyway.
I've been very impressed with New Willow Garage, previously they gave my car an MOT. They also helped a member of my family, who had an urgent repair at short notice once. On this occasion, they were very quick in helping me, estimating the problem, keeping in touch and went above and beyond by dropping me at home and collecting me when the car was finished. I felt like a valued customer and respected. I would particularly recommend this garage to other women, as I was treated so well.
I am very happy with the Willow Garage. I followed Kevin down to his new premises in Hebburn rather than look for another garage when he moved from Felling.
Always pleasant and very helpful. Explains thoroughly what work, if any, needs doing either immediately or at a later date.
I have been going to this garage for several years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are reliable, trustworthy, and pleasant so you know you will get a job well done.
Always friendly and helpful, work completed to a high standard and at a good price.
Great attention to detail, and courteous along with the collection and delivery of my vehicle.
Very friendly service. They explained everything clearly. I will definitely use them again.
The best garage in Tyneside.
Excellent! I got my car back the same day.
This was the first time we have visited this garage but they were very helpful and the price was fair for a very good service.
Really helpful; quick turnaround; good value; just what you need from your local garage.
There is no better.
I make a 22 mile round trip to travel here because I trust them implicitly.
Job done on time, good service and I was kept informed at all times.
The service that I received was excellent, and I was kept fully informed throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend New Willow to all of my friends and family.
Car dropped off for me at my place of work when repaired - excellent service!!!
We have always used New Willow Garage, their service is second to none and they have kept my little car on the road for me for years. I am most appreciative.
