What can I say! Well, if you need to choose a noble garage to represent The Good Garage Scheme, then New willow Garage, in Hebburn must be the one. I was driving past New Willow Garage one day, with a tiny issue really. Kevin Gray the owner, was only too pleased to take time out to advise me. First impressions really count for me, so when I returned with a much bigger challenge, Kevin and his most able team were there for me once more. I have since had a number of jobs fulfilled to my utmost satisfaction and my step daughter has also had her car MOT'd there recently with great success. I applaud the existence of The Good Garage Scheme in an industry not renowned foe good customer service. I am also most delighted to have discovered you via New Willow Garage, which I believe expertly demonstrates the excellent practices that you are seeking to establish in the garage trade.
Helpfulness, attitude and professionalism were spot on. Would recommend to my friends.
