Great service, all staff go above and beyond to help and provide a quick turnaround.
Given lift home and van dropped off on completion.
This is the first time I have used New Willow Garage and it will certainly not be the last. The professionalism was second to none and received a very detailed breakdown after MOT and Service. Very impressed and will definitely book next year!
Great service as usual. All work carried out clearly explained. Nice people. Fill me full of confidence.
Clear and helpful, punctual and polite. Implied they don't do unnecessary work by describing which parts will need replacing in next year or so but not yet.
First Class! I was given a detailed, itemised bill when I went to pay. This is the first time this has happened to me. The last two garages I took my car to neither gave me a bill nor receipt...never mind an itemised one. Highly recommend - total value for money.
This review is long overdue. I started using this garage a few years back and I have never been disappointed. Kevin and the lads provide a first class, friendly, honest, value for money service and I would not dream of using anywhere else. Well done lads and long may it continue.
Once again, Kevin and his team have provided a professional and comprehensive service.
I use this garage for all of my service and MOT. I am satisfied with what they do.
Cannot complain. Have used this business over many years and will continue to do so.
