Unanticipated excessive labour charges of £96 plus VAT per hour for service. Was £60 per hour in 2022 (see Google reviews). Had no choice but to pay to get car back. Tyre valve replaced without discussion. Tyre sealant left over wheel and along stalk of new tyre valve.
Very reliable and trustworthy team.
Great service as always. Been using for years and their excellent reputation is well deserved.
I had an annual service done with MOT & although Audi kept bleating on about CAM belt and water pump, with only 27k on the clock and just less than 5yrs old? We don't think so! And even if I had CAM belt & pump done it would've been half the dealership price!
I have been aware of New Willow Garage in Hebburn for over 15 years but just started using them in the last few years as they are no more than a few minutes walk from my home. Kevin and his team are outstanding, very friendly, chatty and informative. They do not go fishing for unnecessary work either.
