Quick, reliable and trustworthy service

Cartech gives excellent service, have used for many years.

Communication could of been better. But the work and bill was satisfactory. Time scale should of been explained.

Always helpful and friendly. Will keep going back.

Friendly staff, nice and local so handy.

Easy to book, answered all my questions, treat the car with quality respect ( had covers on the seat and foot well). Great value for money. All I would ask is for a booking confirmation email or text.

Excellent service & very friendly but professional staff. Highly recommend this garage.

I have been using Car Tech in North Shields for around 5 years now to service and MOT my car and I couldn't be anymore satisfied not only the staff are really lovely and helpful but they really professional and trustworthy I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Initially thought the service was good. However, the repair completed damaged another function. The mechanic didn’t acknowledge and said was an intermittent fault. working before the repair but not after. Also replaced a bulb, travelling home light came back on, the connection wasn’t on.

It's always a first class, professional service received from Cartech. I've trusted them with my family vehicles over and over again!

Repair to a Ford focus to stop water collecting in the boot. Helpful & friendly staff. Booked in easily and repaired on day as expected. Price seems very reasonable.

Car went in for MOT, collected and re-delivered home. Fantastic service, polite staff and reasonable price. Will be using for our other two family cars.

Cartech provide a first class service, the staff are really friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommended.

Car tech is always a great place to take your car. The staff are professional and honest with any work that needs done. Would highly recommend to anyone

The team were able to get me booked in later in the week, and when checking my vehicle for the issues mentioned did some problem solving to resolve the issue, without needing to go down a more costly option. They always rang to keep me updated and are very knowledgable.

Great garage, friendly, great communication, lent me a courtesy car, would highly recommend and will continue using this garage
