Torque Garage Ltd

First class work, friendly professional staff.

Very helpful, very approachable, great bunch of staff, pleasant happy smiling faces no matter what time of day or whenever you pop in for any help at all.

Good speedy service and pleasant attitude of the staff, nothing is too much of a bother to them.

Good service, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced.

Service as good as always. Would encourage people to use this garage.

*Scenario* I bought a used car from a popular North East dealership that specialises in diesel used cars, which shall remain nameless, I've had my vehicle less than six months, warranty purchased (not worth the paper it is written on). Fuel injection fails, take the car to a recommended repairer which the dealership uses as its prep centre, diagnosis - leak off pipes - astronomical fee to repair, could go on a weeks holiday to Malaga for the price they are quoting, erm no. Picked the car up from that garage and checked this website for a local, reputable, friendly, affordable, genuine (list exhaustive) garage to my pleasant surprise I found Torque Garage, Hallelujah! What a cracking set of lads, they could not have been more helpful. Short notice, landed on their forecourt, courtesy car, not a problem. Dropped the car off at 12.00, back home just in time for Deal or no deal with my repaired vehicle sitting on my drive. Cheap at a third of the price quoted by the dealership's recommended garage, why I hear you ask? Well thats because Torque actually checked my vehicle properly. Thanks very much lads, look forward to seeing you when I bring my vehicles in for MOT and services. I hope anyone reading this feedback can tell that it is genuine and not some pro-forma template that some web administrator adjusts garage names on. Highly recommend Torque Garage A+++ If they were an E-bay site they would be a top rated seller, or in their case a top rated repairer, which they are.

MOT completed and service on time. Useful comments on possible work needed in future. Easy to discuss problems with, will repair where possible to avoid expensive replacement. My car is a fairly elderly N reg.

Very polite, helpful and quick, courteous service and good price compared to other garages (I have just moved here) thank you.

So nice having a good local garage - easy to get to, easy to park-up outside and then to have cheerful staff (even on a freezing cold day!)

We live just round the corner from this garage. Mark gave us great information and updates on progress during a difficult time for me. I am very grateful for the excellent service.

Advised fan belt and alternator belt needed replacing at 10:30AM, completed same day at 3:45PM. Excellent service which would have caused me a lot of trouble.

Very good service despite freezing temperatures.

I am well satisfied with this service.

They are very helpful.

I've used various garages over the years and Torque is top of my list. Having found it, wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Helpful, friendly and non-patronising staff.

Prompt attention, very helpful and friendly attitude.

I am always happy with the standard and work that has been carried out on my car. The staff are helpful and pleasant.
