Falconer Auto Repairs Ltd

Very nice owners and staff. Very helpful and polite, will definitely be going back again. Excellent service and very competent.

Good guy!

The garage has been excellent with short notice jobs or ones that can take a while. Price and courtesy is good.

The service and time taken to do repairs was very good. I would recommend you to anybody

This is my second dealing with Falconer Autos and I can't praise them enough. I was kept updated by phone, which is fabulous customer service in my eyes. Nothing is too big or small for this wonderful team. I will most certainly be returning and referring them to family and friends. I previously used another local garage for 15 years but the owner became ill and the crowd that took over are useless, so what a dream to find such a wonderful trustworthy and friendly garage, I feel like I've won the lottery!

My car was in need of major repairs and after being fobbed off by two other local garages, this one was referred to me. Boy am I glad I have now found a garage who are the most honest and reliable people I have come across. I was even getting phone calls giving me updates. I am so pleased I have now given them my other car to repair. Trust and reliable services are hard to find these days. I feel like I have won the lottery finding Lawrence and his superb team.

Excellent service yet again, well done.

Would not go anywhere else.

I have used Falconer Auto Repairs on a number of occasions and every single time they have provided a first class service, no matter what it is that my cars are having done. I have used their services for one of my cars around the same time as using a national chain (who claim to be a highly reputable and customer focused company) and I can say with total assurance that I have found the quality of services and level of respect given by Falconers to be above and beyond that of the national chain. On one occasion, I had one of my cars in at the national chain for work under warranty at the same time my other car was being serviced by Falconers and I got my car back from the national chain dirty while my car had been washed by Falconers. Just a small point, but one that I feel proves their focus on customer service and satisfaction. I have recommended the garage to a number of work colleagues and my father in law uses the garage even though he lives in South Shields which is 150 miles away. They are always eager to help and offer a solution to help you out when you need a service or repair. I would not choose to go to any other garage unless it's an emergency out of the area.

Staff were very helpful. Would recommend Mr Falconer's garage.

Was recommended by word of mouth, thank you for a fantastic service. Why did I not know about you before.

Garage very convenient, I work in school next door, will recommend to staff. The repair was excellent, very pleased, wonderful service.

Everything first class.

Car was returned better than new... absolutely first class!

My car was repaired as new! This is my garage from now on, thank you Lawrence!

They contacted us within an hour of dropping the car off and had found the problem. The car was ready and waiting for collection within a few hours. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The service that I received was excellent. As a woman I sometimes feel that you are treated differently to male customers, that was not the case here. The service was exceptional.

Excellent value and service is second to none. Ten out of ten.

Very helpful, great advice, on time and on budget.

Staff where very helpful at all times.
