Very pleased with service. I will use again.
Friendly staff. Sensible prices. Work done as requested, none of the 'oh, whilst you are here you also need a shopping list of things done'. This repair was made as a recommendation from the last visit, but it wasn't overly pushed on me. If I did have one very minor gripe, it is that I have had to phone in and ask if the car is ready. Overall, I have recommended to work colleagues to take their cars there, some have, which says more than I can say.
Helpful; prices reasonable.
Work carried out was fully explained. Nice to know that skilled and caring mechanics are still out there! Booking my Jeep in again in October for its MOT and brakes.
I would not go anywhere else, even though it is a 30 minute journey from our new house and I have other garages close by!
Excellent services.
Very friendly, make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Excellent staff.
Excellent service from Lawrence. Had my car in a few times for repair and always carried out very efficiently. Highly recommended!
They reminded me of my MOT. Fantastic garage!
Friendly and helpful.
Fantastic. Why can't all garages be like this one?
Fantastic, why can't they all be this good.
Trustworthy and honest.
Fantastic all round again. Really appreciate finding such a good garage where they can be trusted to do the work and be polite about it. Thanks so much.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, this was good as this is sometimes the first person you have to deal with. Communication was excellent. I am very satisfied and I will be using this garage again. I have already recommended to friends and family.
I was very satisfied with the communication and service I received, receptionist was very friendly. Have already recommended to other people and I will use them in the future.
Very satisfied with service, very friendly and helpful staff. I will use this garage again, also recommended to others.
Excellent value for money service. Staff were helpful and explanatory.
I have an older car and have used the garage a number of times and would not go anywhere else. The staff are helpful, efficient and most importantly, honest.
