Very happy with service.
Was recommended to us by word of mouth, its the best recommendation ever. Fantastic service, no work undertaken without a call to check and explain the fault. Friendly, competent and excellent value for money. Have recommended and will continue to do so. Brilliant - Thank you
The garage owner collected my car from home when my car was ready as my lift was called into work.
We had all of our Trustees here for our AGM. Some travelled from Norfolk but had water hose trouble upon arrival. We sent them to Falconers on a Friday afternoon. They were leaving on Sunday so had no back-up plan if the repair couldn't be done. The owner of the garage travelled to Glasgow to pick up the part himself and the work was completed by the end of business with no extra cost of collecting the part. the whole cost was extremely good. Aftercare was exceptional as was the whole experience. Our Trustees were 'blown away' with the high standards of work and customer care. We have used Falconer for a couple of years now and have never been let down.
Cannot recommend this garage of the Good Garage Scheme enough. Had some nasty experiences with garage in the past, this one is tops. I have and will continue to recommend. Friendly service, communication throughout. Thank you so much.
Friendly helpful staff. Fast and efficient service!
This is a great garage. I've used them numerous times, and I cannot fault anything. Their aid and help, plus personal attention to the disabled is exemplary. They will even come and collect my car and bring it back home when I'm finished.
My car was recovered and fixed in no time - and they also checked the oil and anti-freeze. Fantastic.
I've known this garage for years. I travel from Motherwell to use them - and I wouldn't use anyone else.
I live just down to road. This garage is handy, friendly and provide great service.
I've used this garage for many years. Highly recommended.
One of our people has used this garage for a few years and is always raving about it, so we decided to put one of our cars in for a Full service & MOT. I'll admit that their standards far exceeded their reputation. We needed the car back really quickly for a journey down south. They accepted the car to be dropped off the night before, held it securely and did the work first thing the next morning. We were kept up to date with progress and were called for authorisation, with a quote and price, before they carried out any required work. We'll be sending our vehicles there in the future and will recommend Falconer Autos to everyone. Great work, great Service, very friendly and very helpful.
A small family garage, of magnificence for service, quality and friendliness. For the warmest of welcomes and satisfaction I would recommend this garage to all.
Surely the best garage I've used. So nice to have everything itemised and not feel ripped off. Very delighted with work undertaken and will recommend to all my friends.
My car was in for an MOT and Full Service. Don't go anywhere else.
Got a lift back home, garage also dropped off car to my address after maintenance, as I had not available conveyance. Brilliant service.
I can not fault anything at Falconer Auto Repairs. their standards are superb.
Wouldn't trust anyone else.
