I cannot praise the garage highly enough for the assistance provided recently when my motorhome broke down in the middle of a 10-hour journey. Attention to detail, knowledgeable, dedicated and courteous. He didn't give up until he was sure the issue was sorted and I was safe to continue my drive.

Had a sudden issue with my car, knocking noise coming from the front left wheel, got it checked the same day and fixed by 12pm the next day, honestly cannot fault the service at all, rapid turnaround and smooth process.
Always helpful, informative, friendly trustworthy service. A pleasure to deal with.
The garage sorted the repair out on the car same day after a problem which could have prevented driving it to London the next day. They were incredibly helpful, polite and efficient, and the repair was completed at a very reasonable cost. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a garage.
All members of staff have a great attitude and always willing to help you I had a hospital appointment and a dead battery I phoned the garage and they were there with a new battery within the hour needless to say I made my appointment great service

I have used Falconer Auto Repairs since they opened more than 10 years ago now. A 300 word limit here is not enough space to list the experiences & evidences Falconer Auto Repairs should be recognised for. Customer Care, Honesty, Explanation, Friendliness, Fair Cost, Go out their way to help etc etc
Staff polite and friendly, easy booking, will phone once they have looked at the car with a price to see if your happy with the work to go ahead. Turn around time from car going in to getting it back is excellent.
Charged me £30 to look at my broken wipers, would have took about ten mins to do this Disgrace charging that. Conmen. Told me it would cost £356 to fix.

Excellent service at short notice.
Very trustworthy garage. Used the garage a few times now - repair, MOT and second opinion for work suggested after a service at another garage. Falconers were great on all occasions.
I cannot fault the service, helpfulness and standard of work this local garage provides. I would gladly recommend them to anyone requiring a garage and will always use them as my first port of call when required.
