Used for the past three years and intend to continue, doing so as staff are excellent and fees fair.

Work area cleaned before dismantling. Essential but seldom done. Full marks.

The standard of service I receive here is impeccable. I always get given a good account of the problem from Luke and the level of service from the rest of the team is excellent. Luke is always cheerful, polite and it's a pleasure to go to Autotrend.

Excellent, Jane Bradley is so helpful on the telephone, so pleasant and friendly. Alan Chaplin is very very good at his job. I was told by another garage that there was a problem with the tank. When Alan looked at it, it was the fuel pump. It is the best garage I have been to since I bought the car new. I would recommend it to anyone. The car is as good as new. He has cured all of its problems, three in altogether.

I was quoted a very good price for a service plus diagnostics for the engine warning light issue. This turned out to need substantial work doing (head removal etc) when the valve turned out to be faulty they re-did the work plus extras under the warranty. Excellent service - will definitely go back!

I was very impressed with the customer communications, friendliness and approachability of the staff and did not feel intimidated in any way - as can happen when a female approaches a new garage. I would confidently recommend this garage to my friends and family - and have already done so!

I brought in my car to get a noise on the suspension checked. The mechanic took me out on the test drive to pin point the exact noise and then took the car straight in, checked it over and then showed the the fault with the car on the ramp. I left my car there whilst taking advantage of the free courtesy car (very nice) and was called by 2 o'clock to say it was all ready. Not bad considering I didn't even have it booked in that day - keep up the good work guys.

I was so pleased with a correct diagnosis, having already tried other garages and wasting money. Also the cost was agreeable so I'm very content.

The car drove noticeably better and the engine was left cleaner than brand new!

It was only a small dent on the off rear wing but I was told by other garage's that it would take 2 days to repair. Autotrend Motor's did it in one day and the work was very good - you'd never know that it had been damaged.
