When Whitehouse ceased trading a few years back I was stumped to where to take my car for maintenance and repairs. I have had a few repairs carried out by Autotrend (2 major), plus my regular MOTs and servicing, and have found the standard of customer service and workmanship superior to any other garage I have experienced before, including main dealers. Fault diagnosis is always quick and a call from either Tony or Jane in service reception gives a clear description, an approximate time the work will take, and an accurate cost; effectively from day one the level of customer care I received became second to none whilst at the same time my costs halved.

They always manage to fit me in when it's most convenient for me. They could do with the hot chocolate working again though!!!
This garage fixed an electrical problem that seemed extremely difficult to fault find. They provided me with courtesy car, had my car in for 3 days,and kindly didn't charge me for the repair knowing that my policy wouldn't cover it!

As the owner of an estate agency, I know what good customer service is, and these guys surpass good standards - from the pleasant and friendly receptionist, to the ''oily guys'' who offer you a hot drink when they come in.
