Excellent, clean garage. Staff are very helpful and most importantly honest. Receptionist constantly kept me updated on the car and although work was required to pass the MOT, I knew I could trust the garage to do a good job at a fair price.
Absolutely fantastic service. My MOT failed and they went out of their way to help me and didn't charge for labour. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Autotrend fixed my car at short notice following a breakdown and added a service and MOT for me. After the stress of breaking down alone in Portsmouth, it was such a relief that fixing my car was hassle-free. The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly - a real asset. Highly recommend.

When doing repairs the garage keeps the customer informed regarding any problems and costs involved before proceeding. No unexpected additional bills on completion.

My Chrysler 300C had a fault traced to the catalytic converter and the turbo. Replacing parts and hoses with meticulous attention to detail. I was kept updated whilst provided with a courtesy car and the bill was 1/4 of what a main dealer's would have been. Well done Jane, Tony and the remarkable team at Autotrend.

I took my car to Autotrend as it was cutting out constantly. I had taken it to a well known garage chain a couple of days before who said there was fault codes coming up but they didn't know what they were. I hadn't booked with Autotrend, just turned up on the off chance. They told me they were very busy but may find the time to put the diagnostic computer on the car in the afternoon, but couldn't promise anything. I left the car with them. That afternoon I received a call from them informing me of their findings, what needed doing and a guide price. They kept me up to date throughout the work. When I went to collect the car they had even given it a quick wash as it was filthy when I took it in. I will not take my car anywhere else now. This is the best service I have ever received from a garage.
