The garage managed to fit my vehicle in for a service and MOT at less than 24 hours notice. I was kept informed of any work that needed to be done and all parts where already in stock. I was able to pick up the car up before 5.00pm. The car has never driven so good! Thank you so, so much!

The guys at Red Oak are great. They explain everything in layman's terms, which is great. It is not always easy as a woman taking your car to a garage. I will go again.

Competitively priced expert service. The garage was recommended to me during a conversation with another Volvo owner months ago, and when the annual service fell due I decided to try it after the nearest main dealer couldn't carry out the service and offer me use of a vehicle for the day. Red Oak also appear to have fixed a problem with the PAS being too heavy, something I hadn't mentioned at this time and which previous services had left unaltered despite requests to look at it. The garage lacks the glitz of the main dealership and is hidden away in an unfamiliar (to me) part of Maidstone, but on my experience of service and pricing they thoroughly deserve their success.
