Nice to see garage expanding, shows doing right thing and it can be left to run when owner on deserved holiday.

Alternator failed in Ashford, Kent. RAC came out and recommended Red Oak Garage. He phoned and they were so helpful. I had my family with me, my wife and my 9 year old son who are both disabled, also with us was our 6 year old and 12 year olds. The lady on reception was amazing and all the engineers were so professional and friendly. They did everything they could for us and we were soon on our way home.

Extremely knowledgeable/trustworthy garage who genuinely care about their customers and cars. Friendly and informative staff solved the daunting experience of finding a reliable garage. Diagnosed fault that other garages couldn’t find and repaired the faulty part as new parts were no longer available!

I was a sceptic regarding garages. I felt that all garages were in it to make a quick buck and tell you that work was needed that was not the case. This is definitely not the case with Red Oak. I highly recommend this garage.

Been using Red Oak for about seven years now and service is always first class but they excelled themselves the other day. Took my car in with a noise, car was repaired and back on the road in forty five minutes - so guys and especially you girls look no further. These guys are truly fantastic!
