Malling Repair Services Limited

A good job done at a fair price.

Excellent staff, work, advice, facilities and waiting room. Tea (no biscuits) served by the owner.

I certainly didn't expect that level of service but am entirely grateful as it was a minor mistake. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone after the experience and high level of customer service I had received. Thank you for my wheels.

Always an excellent service from this garage. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank all the staff at MRS enough. They fixed my van as quickly as they could so I was able to drive back home! Amazing service and friendly people! I strongly recommend this garage! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Always helpful and friendly staff.

Malling Repair Services replaced the clutch in my Toyota Avensis. They were extremely helpful and I am very happy to recommend their services.

Really helpful and friendly, I would recommend and definitely use them again.

I cannot speak too highly of Nigel and his excellent staff at Malling Repair Services. My KA wouldn’t start and a very helpful guy came and looked at the engine. A new starter motor was required and my car taken to the garage for the repair. Very efficient and very helpful as always thank you so much.

First time using MRS. Chose the garage based on the positive feedback rating on this site and can honestly say I’ve not been disappointed! Great customer service, good local garage and best of all the motor passed its MOT!! Clear explanation giving on advisories and rough quote given for remedies and advised that remedies aren’t needed immediately - still has good time frame before attention needed. Thumbs up all round.

So glad to have found a good local gaege that looks after me, as well as the car!

Great service and very helpful.

Very good and polite service. Very helpful.

Every time we use this garage the service is absolutely top notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and really do go the extra mile.
