Malling Repair Services Limited

Malling Repairs has been my go to for the last 6 years and the service is still absolutely top notch. Nigel and the team always take the time to explain their work and never has a car I've taken there skipped a beat. Best independent garage in Maidstone bar none

My husband and I deal with Nigel who was extremely patient and helpful. Even though Nigel explained what needed to be done to my husband when I came over to pick the car up, he took time to also explain to me what was done. We need a trusted garage to go to and I think we finally found one.

The staff Nigel is very helpful & efficient. I can get back my car at the same day.

Nigel was exceptionally helpful and explained everything really well. They contacted me each stage to confirm that I was happy, the car was ready at the time I was told no hanging around waiting. All in all a very good experience quite painless!

Origanly found this garage on Google Maps and checked detales.

I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Malling Repair services! From start to finish I was frequently called by Nigel to be informed of exactly what they were doing in order to find the problem with my van and resolve it. I will be using this garage from now onwards.

Happy with the service I have been given by MRS over the years and will continue to use them.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! The customer service is always impeccable. The best garage in Maidstone period (in my opinion). I've been going to this garage for nearly 10 years, and I've never had a bad experience, financially or mechanically. -Sky Riley

Friendly, they quickly found out what was wrong, quoted for repair and fixed it. Very pleased.

Couldn’t have asked for a more courteous service from the start of enquiring about our problem to its resolution and repair. A brilliant service for a reasonable and honest price. Thanks.

Used the garage a few times now for MOT’s and repair. Always impressed with the great customer service. Prices are also fair. All round 5 stars.

Keep up the good work

As a woman driver I feel very comfortable and they explaine every thing so I understand Would definitely recommend

Have used this garage for years. Always trustworthy and professional. Would not go anywhere else.

Thank you for keeping the ‘yellow peril’ on the road for another year. And the bonus: how much greater fuel efficiency after you gave it a valet service and removed the rubbish! Can highly recommend this garage.

Malling Repair Services has earned an unrivalled reputation in my opinion and is the reason I have been taking my car to them for nearly 10 years and is the first garage I recommend to friends when they need repairs due to their honesty and clarity when they talk to their customers.

Always very pleased with the service at Malling Repair Services Ltd. The customer service is great, always very helpful and friendly.

Great garage with extremely high quality service. Been there around 10 times and will return with any car problem. Highly recommended!

Always courteous and helpful.
