I do feel I can trust this garage.

My starter motor started to go wrong so I had to have a call out to get me moving again. I called my usual garage and explained that if I stopped the car It probably wouldn't start again so could I drop it in with them for them to work on hen they got a chance. I was told that the earliest they could take my car in was a week and a half away!! So i called Malling having found them on the Good Garage Scheme website and despite the late hour in the day and their heavy workload I was greeted with reassurance and told to bring the car down straight away and they would have a look and see what they could do. I dropped the car off at about 4 pm on the Friday, they called at 9 am the next morning, a Saturday to say that they had sorted it and it was ready to collect. Very helpful company. I will definitely be taking my car back in for any further work, MOT's and servicing. The other garage have lost a customer thanks to their lack of help when I really needed them. Many thanks Malling for helping me out.

Used Malling Repair Service in emergency as the main dealer I normally use was too far to risk getting there safely. In addition to executing work required they pointed out a circular notice (issued by the manufacturer)from July this year advertising problems experienced associated with inlet manifold butterfly valves. My engine exhibited the problem described. Although the additional repair cost was significant Malling Repair Service's action saved a potentially wrecked engine/ replacement car. While the manufacturer has not issued a recall, the same main dealer had maintained the vehicle since first registered. One would have expected a main dealer conscious of its reputation to have flagged all their regular service customers of a potential problem and suggest a precautionary engine check. Not so, their arrogance has just lost them the on-going servicing of the vehicle.

Friends advised me. They are friendly, trustworthy and pleasant.
