Fantastic, only one place to go.

I needed to find a garage in Maidstone urgently for a repair, and I found this garage on the internet. I've now used Malling again within a month, for an MOT and service. I find them to be very reliable and honest, with good service and generous pricing. Being a female foreigner, I had been ripped off many times - but this is the first garage ever that I feel don't rip me off, and deal with me fairly. I will definitely use this garage again.

The person that I dealt with as very helpful and went beyond his call of duties both when I first arrived and then when I went to collect my car, Being disabled he helped with my mobility scooter and nothing was a problem for him. When I first phoned to book the car in, nothing seemed to be a problem. I will be recommending this garage to my friends.

This garage is excellent. They never make me feel stupid (as some garages do when they are talking to a woman), they always call if they find anything unexpected to advise of any extra costs and for the go-ahead. I had a "value" service done elsewhere last year and was told my rear pads and discs need to be changed. I had the car MOTd at a council depot and the brakes were not mentioned so I left them. When Malling Repair serviced my car this year I was expecting to have to get them done but there is still quite a bit of wear in them! They never say you need work done unless it does need doing - they will not rip you off! I am happy to recommend them to anyone and everyone and I always do if anyone asks if I know of a good garage.
