Superb service, polite, friendly and above and beyond for service and customer care. I had 4 winter tyres fitted, the key holder arrived early and saw me waiting in my car. They opened up the reception area for me to keep warm, and even offered to buy me a hot drink as I did not have any change. Cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using the garage again for all our needs.

The important items are often overlooked, but not by this team. Not only were they punctual, but they kept me up to date on all requirements and even delays, caused not by themselves. Of course the costs associated with annual servicing and MOT can be substantial, but again, I feel the parts supplied and the work carried out were all very reasonable. No problems referring this garage and the staff to friends and colleagues.

The best garage in Maidstone (if not it's definitely one of the best). Found them on the Internet and turned up first thing in the morning without an appointment. They told me that they were fully booked and they wouldn't be able to fix my car until tomorrow, I agreed because I didn't have anymore options, to my surprise they called me a few hours later and told me that my car will be fixed and ready to drive away in a couple of hours (woop woop). The customer service and general workmanship on my car was flawless no complaints. Next time any car of mine breaks down, I know where I'm going without any hesitation. Highly recommended!!!

I called and asked if they could service my Jag S Type, they gave me a price and told me that work to be done was a major service and what it entailed. The car was dropped off and I was told it would be ready at 2.30pm for collection. I called at 2.30pm and the car was ready and cleaned. The garage fixed a squeak on my brakes at no extra charge, plus they gave my car a free MOT worth around £50, a can of Mobile oil for topping up between services and funnel, plus an electronic timer that flashes a red light when your next service is due. What a service second to none. I have always used Jaguar to service my car, but have found their service was getting very expensive. Malling Repairs Service, I found to be cheaper, very friendly and a better service. I will certainly be using them for any work on my cars in the future.
