Arrived Monday a.m. and told that the garage is overbooked and the mechanic won’t be able to carry out repairs but could diagnose. No contact all day thus I rang at 5.15 p.m. - car still hadn’t been diagnosed! Arrived 6 pm and was told that they don’t stock Jaguar parts & I should go to a Jaguar garage! Waste of a day!
