I had an absolutely excellent experience with Craig the mechanic at Dixons. They carried out a full service on my car, changed the brakes, and completed the MOT—all with professionalism and care. The work was done efficiently, and everything was clearly explained to me (even as going far as showing me the old brakes and explaining to me why I was having problems with them). They just go that little bit further. My car feels smoother and safer than ever. It's rare to find such trustworthy and skilled service these days—highly recommended!
Craig and Helen always go above & beyond. Work is always top notch & Craig shows you a record of the work he has done, so you know it's been done. Used them for years & will keep using them for many years to come
Craig and Helen run a great business, they are both polite and friendly, I've been using Dixon's Garage several years. Craig does a top notch job and advises you of what needs to be done and what doesn't. Prices for the work done is always realistic, and I've recommended Dixon's to many friends and other people who now use Dixon's. Highly Recommend.
Great to deal with. Used for years
Plain speaking ,trustworthy, will not rip you off
Great job by Craig as always. Explains succinctly if there are any problems, and never rips you off, always goes the extra mile to get the job done. Have used them for several years for my car & bikes. Never been disappointed. Craig & Helen are a formidable team and will always get my custom.
I have used Dixon’s of Pudsey for many years I have always found Craig and Helen to be exceedingly straight and honest to the point of Craig telling me that certain jobs need to be done by Porsche specialists. Generally Craig will say I can do that and get on with the job . I cannot recommend Craig and Helen at Dixon’s of Pudsey highly enough, every job he does for me he photographs and takes me through it blow by blow
Excellent service and no hesitation in recommending Helen and Craig to look after my motor.
Excellent garage. Always does an excellent job and I always feel that Craig is honest and trustworthy in the work he carries out on my car. Helen is fabulous too, I would always go to this garage for my services, mot and any repairs that maybe required

Great service friendly mechanics & receptionist
Once again, the work was carried out professionly & promptly.A family business, which I strongly recommend.
Lets put it this way ... I use to work for a Automotive Parts Supplier so have been to many many garages in the Leeds area. This garage is only one of three that I would touch my car. As honest as the day is long. At the risk of increasing my wait time for Service. I totally recommend Dixons of Pudsey
We have two cars and started using Dixon’s about a year or so ago, excellent friendly and professional service. They only do the work required and tell you if something doesn’t need doing. Once a part is replaced they show you the old part and explain why they have been replaced. Trust is everything and we trust them, we won’t go anywhere else now. Always caring and lovely to chat to. Excellent in every way. Thanks Helen & Craig
Great old fashioned service with honesty, knowledge and skill; I highly recommend this family run operation that represents good value for money along with the reassurance that a good solid job will be done at all times.
