Superb treatment from Pit Stop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Have already recommended the garage to two friends. Will now only use them. Car is now driving really well.

The problem was diagnosed, part sourced and work planned same day. On further investigation a loose bolt was found so no need for the part, so I was only charged fair labour charge. I fully trust the staff, and they saved me over £100.00 with their honesty. Will always go back.

I asked if they could help me, explained I thought there was a problem with the fan belt as there was a "screeching" sound when starting the engine. (Considering the time of day 5.20pm) Immediately a mechanic was sent out to my car and the problem solved with no charge to myself. I could not thank them enough. Certainly a garage to return too, whatever the problem. So helpful. Thankyou to the chaps at Pitstop.
