I have been using this garage regularly for the last 5 years and cannot speak too highly of them. I have nothing but appreciation for the quality of work and attitude of staff.

Filled screen was to full before taking car in, but when returned noted I have been charged £2.99 for screen wash!
Excellent service. The garage collected and returned my car to my door, and they rang me beforehand to notify me of their arrival. The work required on my car was fully explained to me and costs communicated clearly before work commenced. The garage staff were very friendly.
Staff are helpful to me because I am a deaf person and text me only. Really good.

Recently moved to Lincoln so needed to find a new garage. The Good Garage Scheme gave me added confidence to try the Pitstop. As it turned out there was no need to worry as they were fantastic. Will by using them again.
Disks, pads and handbrake adjusted in1 hour and half of the cost of the main dealer. Bit of gunk on passenger front seat (looked like copperslip) but this wiped off in seconds. Otherwise 5 well deserved stars. Excellent service.
Excellent no-nonsense genuine approach to customer service. After being quoted over £600.00 by one garage for work (some fictional), it was a pleasant surprise to find the actual work at Pitstop only cost £269.00. Well done!

I wen to Pitstop to by a headlamp bulb. The young mechanic fitted it for free within a few minutes - also checked my fluid levels and pumped up my tyres. All for the cost of a bulb. I came away feeling very happy and that there are garages that care about you.
