I was working in Lincoln with a new vehicle and had a warning light come on for my car. I stopped at this garage and the staff were amazing. They helped me immediately resolve the problem and gave me some advice for the future. Would highly recommend them and use again. Many thanks again.

Great people that were able to fit me in at short notice. They were able to source the parts for cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. Then went above and beyond in fixing my issue. I can’t recommend them any more, will be going there with any future car problems!

Dropped by as I had some overheating issues with my Hyundai, even though they were short staffed the chap on the desk helped me figure out the coolant I needed, and the mechanic on duty popped out in his break to make sure I was doing alright, and offered some advice as well. Brilliant people.
Visiting my son and had a nail in my tyre. Took the car to the garage about 5.30 in the evening the mechanics were helpful as I was travelling back to Oxford the next day. They ordered tyre and telephoned me the following morning and work was all done by 9.40.Brilliant service and well priced.

Very happy with the service/MOT provided. I was informed what had been undertaken along with being provided with documents to show. Customer service was excellent and very attentive. The price seemed very reasonable and was commensurate with previous services/MOTs. Overall I was very pleased.
Not booked into garage as puncture was on way to work. Garage fitted me in immediately, explained whether repair or new tyre needed before doing work. Very pleased with service.

Called the garage as my car was on my drive with a flat battery. Dale came out ten minutes later, removed the battery and ordered a new one. Returned an hour later and fitted new battery. Excellent service.

Switched on car first time in a fortnight - 'immobiliser malfunction'. Rang Pitstop to check safe to drive. An unpatronising man explained what had happened and what action to take. Also advised plan B, even offered plan C - to come out, if unresolved. Kind and calm employee much appreciated.
