Excellent service from a garage that "goes the extra mile" re: customer service.
Brilliant service. Booked in for handbrake check. Day went in rang and said car not right, serious. Did full repairs and after quick consult did full service same time, fitted in for me. Very busy time and well willing to help out if payment too large a hit in January. Paid in full but very appreciative of offer. Also collected me to garage to get home. Very very pleased, I don't say that often.
When I take my car, I know I can trust Watts Motors with my car.

Michael and his staff have provided wonderful service as always.
The usual high standard of service by Michael Watts and his team. Booked in at short notice just before Christmas too. Special thanks this time to Matt, who did the work on my car. Things weren't as straightforward as they might've been. Five stars for the home-made mince pies too. Merry Christmas!
Excellent service as always from this garage. I needed a new battery urgently and it was supplied and fitted within an hour.
A very professinal service would recommend
