Most courteous.
I have used this garage for the past five years and received a first class service throughout.
I found that the proprietor and all staff to be helpful, diligent and able to communicate well over all aspects of my vehicle's maintenance, i like the fact that they are passionate about customer satisfaction and giving good value for money. overall, i would say a very impressive standard of service and well recommended.
Tollgate would get more business if it sent reminders out for MOT servicing as I forgot.
Excellent skilled friendly service, fitting one in for emergencies, even collecting off the road if in broken down situations and explaining work done and costs.
Have been taking my cars to Tollgate for a number of years and never had any reason to go elsewhere. Lou and Nigel always very friendly and extremely competent mechanics who know their stuff and obviously take pride in their work. They will always make the time to have a chat with you which, sadly, seems to be becoming a rarity in this day and age! Never disappointed with the quality of work and would definitely recommend to anyone.
