This was my first visit to this garage and I am very pleased with the work. When advising the expected overall cost, I asked for the new tyres to be removed from the estimate but they were included is what I was advised was the cost without them.

We were on our way on holiday when we broke down. We were recovered to Steve. It was quite late in the day, however Steve and the other men worked late to let us know what was wrong with our car. Their commitment and dedication is honourable and we are so grateful for their help.

Broke down in Kendal on a busy afternoon and came across this garage. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem, sourced the necessary spare parts and had us on the way again in about ninety minutes. Excellent.
Drove through a deep puddle with enough speed to pop my rear bumper off. A silly problem to have but no less inconvenient having a car full of family and luggage. Steve and Aidy couldn't have been more accommodating in staying behind after hours to help me refit it. So helpful and efficient. A Star.
Clutch failure over bank holiday while away. RAC accompanied to Lakeland Car Centre. Stunning service to get car on road at the weekend. Steve went out of his way to sort it out.

Steve couldn't have been more helpful. Being on holiday with a radiator leak, Steve told me what do to before coming to the garage and fitted me in the next day with no fuss or bother. The job was done by close of play and I was very satisfied with the standard of workmanship, friendliness and the way I was treated. I also think it is excellent value for money.
