Excellent friendly garage - used for nearly 40 years.
Happy as always with service!
Reception could be improved. Taking or handing over keys whilst talking on phone not conducive to customers feeling valued.
A totally reliable garage - staff always pleasant to talk to and very helpful.
I have always been more than happy with this garage. Have used it for 20 years and have recommended it to friends who are equally happy.
Excellent service and help as usual.
Very good, helpful service. High quality work. Value for money.
An excellent garage offering professional trustworthy service.
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent work. Many thanks.
Excellent service as usual.
Very helpful staff who take time to advise me and offer help and service at short notice. Very reliable service. Thank you.
I have used this garage for over 12 years and am always satisfied with the quality of work and helpfulness of the staff.
Can't beat family run garage, excellent!
Always a pleasure to deal with - helpful and fair. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!
Advise and help. Broke down in Booths Superstore. Scotforth battery failed. Went to ask D C Wilson is he could help start me with jump leads. He said he was snowed under with work but he said he will run me to my car and jump start it for me even though he was very busy at the time. He never charged me for his action, he advised me that the battery was faulty (well it was 16 years old). So I said I would buy a battery from David. I am very pleased with it as my car runs and starts up every time. Price very good for Heavy Duty Exide. Recommended David to all my friends. Thank you David.
The usual speedy and helpful service.
I'm very pleased with the service I receive from this garage as I feel I can trust the staff to be honest with me, and also they are relaxed and co-operative about payment (e.g. not insisting I paid immediately).
Another first class service from an excellent, local, independent garage.
I have been a customer for many years and have always been happy with all aspects of the service.
