First time customer to this garage. Although the repair was minor, the service given was excellent. In fact the repair was free. Now how often does that happen? This garage will definitely get my future custom.

Friendly staff who explained things in everyday simple terms. I wasn't blinded with technical terminology.

I have used Belmont MOT off and on for over 5 years. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, polite and honest. Their work is always carried out to a high standard, while at the same time providing transparent feedback on what they have fixed and how the bill has been broken down.

There was a slight oil leak on the car, which they repaired for me, but before the repair was done they showed me what was happening and where the oil was leaking from by using a model of how the engine works. As a person who likes to know, if was useful. As a woman I have found some people think you don't want to know, but not here.

The garage arranged to pick me up when my car was ready. I have difficulty walking a distance.

Everyone was very polite. Told me what they had done and what needed to be done in the future.
