Although I've gone to Maypole for repairs, this was my first major service. The car's performance was noticeably better and a 'hunting' problem with the tickover (idle) was sorted, even though another garage told me it would be too difficult or expensive to sort the problem in my old car (an L-Reg Honda Accord). The staff have always been polite and cheerful to me, and never 'talk down'. Once a customer in front of me had such a bad understanding of car mechanics, even I (no car genius!) was smirking. The Maypole mechanic, however, was very patient in explaining to the fellow what was wrong with his car, and helped him make the right decision. I trust this place whole-heartedly.

Fantastic service, I phoned this morning because i had a problem with my brakes. despite being full today Maypole Motors squeezed my car in and replaced a brake caliper. I can not recommend them highly enough.
