I have been taking my cars to Chamberlain for over 12 years now and have never felt the need to complain. The depth of knowledge of the engineers is top class and the front office are always friendly and courteous.

It is difficult to give scores on the feedback card, especially for the question about how well the work was done. Had new timing belt and assume all is ok.

Although I know nothing about car engineering, the staff at Chamberlains are always happy to explain things to me in simple language without being patronising.
