BMW went in for rear door strut change and repair to the tailgate wiring, plus a brake check. All the work carried out, plus Nick found a dubious step on the inside of a rear tyre. We discussed it and he arrange for a replacement (at a good price). It is these visual inspections that help find things before they become a real problem, something that you tend not to get at the main dealers, unless it is in the book! Altogether very pleased as usual.
