Friendly bunch of people!
Called them at 08:10. They got me out of a pickle and came straight away and took my car. This was because the back brakes were jammed solid, as it hadn't been used for a while and the road was being re-surfaced immediately with no notice! They had a job to extract it but managed it. Didn't charge for any parts (although could have easily done so as I would have been none the wiser). Trusted that I could pick the car up after working hours, and I would pay over the phone later, and a fair price to boot. A very good experience from a great bunch of lads.
