Been coming here since 1984.
I was recommended by my sister, service is really good and staff are very helpful.
Melvin and his crew were honest and friendly in providing a reliable and efficient service. Need I say more?!
They are genuine people who explain clearly and their work is of good standard.
Mr Russell is a very friendly and helpful man. He is always obliging, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. I know that my car is in good hands when I drop it off to him.
Looker's Garage offers a helpful and friendly service, value for money in these troubled times and above all complete trust in their workmanship. Highly recommended.
I have been using Looker's Garage for about 15 years and has never had to complain about any of the services done on my car. I find the owners friendly, approachable and very professional.
Excellent service.
very friendly, excellent workmanship.
Excellent customer service!
I have been using Lookers for nearly 20 years now and I knew the old Mr Looker before Mel took over the show. The reason why I have been going back all these years (as were my family and local friends) is that they always offer such a fantastic service. None of the teeth sucking and telling you how nasty it is, just an honest approach to fixing your car as quickly as possible. They may not realise it, but they go out of their way to ensure you are happy with what they have done. Repeat business does not lie.
Service very, very good.
This garage regularly services my vehicle, I have never had any doubts with respect to workmanship or integrity.
I have known Melvin at Lookers Garage (Ilford) for over 15 years. Regardless of what needed to be done: a repair, servicing or MOT, he and his team has always done a great job with a smile.
Melvin & Co are always very helpful and polite.
I have been using this garage for about 8 years, and have always been satisfied; if you get a small problem such as a bulb replacement, they will fix it for free. Good service always.
Have used this garage for over 15 years.
Good job!!!!
For me, a good garage is one that I do not have to go to other, because the job they do ensures that any work done is on a yearly (routinely) basic. This is the case with Lookers. Great service every year!
