All I needed was a quiet, noble and honorable mechanic to deal with a small but essential problem. They dropped everything and solved the problem immediately. Several other garages had turned me down and couldn't help for 3 weeks. They are pure princes amongst men. This is an OUTSTANDING garage.

Third service with the garage who were again professional and very helpful explaining the problems and what needed to be done and likely costs. It was an expensive repair but represented very good value compared with a main dealership and car now drives perfectly.
In over 50 years of owning/driving cars, this is the most helpful and trustworthy garage I have used. A real boom in the area.

I broke down in Coventry and was towed back to Broad Oak Garage. This happened just before my MOT that was already booked, so an impromptu service and MOT was carried out very efficiently. From the outset I was told that the engine may be damaged and that the catalytic converter may need replacing but the garage did a thorough job and sorted out the car's problems without having to make any costly replacements. I was referred to the garage by family friends that have used them for years and I am extremely happy with the service so far and will remain a very satisfied customer. The situation could have led the garage charging us an extortionate amount for repairs that were not required so the honesty, helpfulness and general good atmosphere at the garage is very refreshing, especially considering some of the horror stories that you hear.
