I burst my tyre down the road from Harrow Service Centre pulled over in there more because I wasn’t able to drive my car any further. Best place I could’ve stopped. The friendly staff checked out the damage & had my tyre replaced 45 minutes after I’d arrived. They were really busy but fitted me in regardless. Excellent, friendly customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff great service and kept informed at all times
Found HSC on the AA Garage Guide and decided to give them a try. Customer service was out of this world, at least that's how it felt after years of using Mazda main dealers in the South East. This is not my local garage by any means but from now on they will be my first choice.
Once again superb service from all the Team at Harrow Service Centre. They really are very good at what they do and communications are brilliant. Prices are very competative too. I would reccomend them
A very positive experience with this garage. The guys were great at communicating at every stage of the process, and the work was done in an efficient and timely manner and to a high standard. I'll be back!
I booked the car in by phone on Saturday afternoon for its MOT on Sunday morning. The garage started the MOT earlier than the allotted and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and warm with a TV on. I will certainly use the garage again and recommend it to family and friends
Very satisfied with the service and have always used this garage for years for all my previous vehicles
Been using this garage for many years, as always, great service.
This is an excellent garage, which I have used many times. They are always clear about pricing and most importantly reliable, honest and professional. They always let me know which work is necessary and which is optional, and provide different options if I ask for them. I always receive helpful advice and it is clear to me that the organisation prides itself on good standards. Thank you Harrow Service Centre!
I was pleased/relieved that they did the repair promptly even though we were right up against the Christmas holiday. They understood that life over the holiday period would have been very difficult without the car.
I found the staff very polite, courteous, welcoming, helpful and professional. My experience has been very satisfactory. I will be very happy to recommend your services to my friends and family members.
I was extremely happy with service I received from this garage. It was my first service on the car and my first time using this garage, so I was slightly apprehensive. They picked up my car and and brought it back to me after service. They also cleaned my car which was a nice surprise. They didn’t charge for picking up my car or for washing/cleaning it. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. I will certainly be using them again myself.
Very professional and friendly service. All the staff are very trustworthy. I would recommend the service centre
