A wonderful garage with great personalised customer service. We have being using the garage for years and we remain really pleased with the quality and cost of the service.
I went to Garage a few months ago to get a body shop repair quote. Harrow Services emailed me in May 2020 letting me know my MOT is Due and they can carry out the MOT during the Month it was Due or I could wait until 6 months time to do so.The Team was very efficient in communicating on the Day with time schedule and what things needed doing in Order to pass MOT
All staff were very professional. Mechanics are highly skilled and very thorough with repair work done. I am very pleased with my vehicle repair and would use the garage in the future.
I had a mini service booked before coved 19, the Harrow service team called me to let me know they were open again. The service I received was fantastic. My car was picked up from my home and once the service was complete I had a phone call to explain everything to me and my car was promptly dropped off to my house again! I was very impressed and will continue to use them in future.
Great service. I was given all the options and told of the costs. Aside from the natural sales angle I was never coerced to part with more money than I needed to. I will use them again. They also pick up and drop off in my area which is a plus.
