The team at Harrow Service Centre are friendly and professional. I have used them many times over the past 10 years for MOT, services and repairs. They lay out clearly the work that needs to be done and there are never any surprises with price as they keep you informed throughout. Can't recommend them highly enough! I TAKE MY CAR TO HARROW SERVICE CENTRE FOR ALL SERVICING AND OTHER WORKS REQUIRED, AS WELL AS FOR IT'S ANNUAL MOT. ON THIS OCCASION MY CAR WAS RECOVERED THERE AFTER BREAKDOWN AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAULT WITH THEIR ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM READER. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE UNABLE TO FICX IT ON THIS OCCASION, DUE TO IT BEING 'MERCEDES SECURITY WORK', THEY WERE HELPFUL THROUGHOUT AND I AM THANKFUL FOR THAT; I RECOMMEND THEM

I discovered a problem with ABS warning light late on a Thursday. I called Harrow SC early on the Friday and they said that they could have a look that day. The job required some investigation and the cost of that was advised to me in advance. I was then called with an explanation of the diagnosed problem and an estimate of the cost (parts and labour) and asked if I wanted to proceed. I collected the car that afternoon so was very satisfied.
I highly recommend Harrow Service Centre, a very reliable, professional, affordable garage! I would not take my car anywhere else, they are the best!! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help! 5*****

Customer service was excellent especially the manager Kush who explained the work needed and pricing thoroughly.
First time use. HSC solved a problem with my battery management system which another so called Land Rover "expert" had previously advised wasn't an issue. My stop/start had ceased functioning as the new battery I had fitted wasn't correctly registered to the vehicle. Fault was identified and resolved quickly.

I booked my car in for an annual full service. I was informed of all The work that was needed and the cost, I selected the work I thought was appropriate and affordable to me. All work was carried out promptly And I received a phone call to let me know my car was ready to Collect. I did not have to wait until the end of the day to collect my car Which was always the case at Kia, I had to always chase up if my car Was ready!!! Stopped using them after two services and have been with HSC Ever since.
