The problem arose late on 6th Aug. The 7th was a special birthday and I needed to get to Aberdeen to meet my family, so I drove to Farncombe Service Station at 8am without an appointment and asked for help, which they gave courteously and efficiently. I was very grateful.
Stuart could not have been more helpful, fitting an emergency repair into his busy schedule at very short notice and completing it within 48 hours.
