Had an emergency situation: Could not close car window (fully open window) because of switch failure. Left car at the garage overnight - and it was repaired the next morning. Excellent prompt response from the garage
As a female driver this garage is the very best! Trustworthy, honest and beyond accommodating with everything. The peace of mind to find such a gold gem as all there staff are brilliant. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Farncombe Service Station is just brilliant! Such kind and friendly staff who keep you informed and are so helpful. Honestly everyone should use them, although then I suppose they would be too busy for me to get booked in!! I cannot recommend them enough as you can see!

First time using Farncombe Service Station. Car was recovered and towed there when the garage was closed, but I was kept well informed of the timeline and possible cost of repairs. Honest and reliable; strong customer service. Would recommend.
