efficient personalised service and good technically
They are a really great garage. Prompt , courteous, always trying to get the best price. Highly recommend
Polite on the phone when I booked in. Fixed the boot lock while they did the service. Ran through the cars general state with me, telling me what I could do to keep it running well. Stayed late so I could pick the car up.
I can’t stress how helpful the staff at Farncombe Service Station were in a very stressful situation. They were kind, supportive and went above and beyond to get my car back to me before Christmas. This garage is amazing (and the car was fixed perfectly too)
