Excellent, helpful and feel confident to trust them as a woman. They don't look down at you as some garages do!
Superb service as always.
I have been a customer of this garage for a few years and because of the qualities so often missing in other 'service' businesses. Positive and friendly attitude, helpfulness, informative and efficient.

Always an exceptional level of service
Excellent service all round.
They always try and fit you in asap and inform you about what might need to be done and what they have done, going through the repair/service sheet answering and explaining any questions you may have. They also go through the breakdown of the costs involved. I am very happy with the service given.
Honest opinions, honest work delivered on time by honest people. First class.
Very polite & courteous staff.
A very good and reliable local garage.
I have always been very impressed with the work and service from Farncombe. The prices seem very reasonable and they are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to help. All my family and in-laws use this garage.
Excellent garage. I have used this garage for a number of years now. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. They explain exactly what needs to be done in terms that I, as a woman can understand. They always explain the bill fully to me and point out anything that might need doing in the future. I have every confidence in this garage and have recommended them to my friends over the last few years.
