Liphook Auto Services

Thank you for the care you took the other day when my car required an MOT These guys have been looking after all of my families cars recently after a rough spell of needing parts, repairs and maintenance Honesty with care and humour Thanks guys

I live an hour and a half away. I noticed my car making a noise. I called the garage and the owner James said come in without hesitation. It turned out to be a broken spring coil which he fixed and made safe so I could get home. Thank you for saving a damsel in distress.

Like to thank the team for all the work they carried out before christmas and when a wrong part was delivered by the supplier they kindly lent me a hire car, i had a full exhaust replacement which was done super quick and efficient, have used this garage before where they have collected a car from my mums and took it for mot and dropped it off at her home, we are so lucky to have a local garage like this near to us Thank you Team @ Liphook Auto services Ltd *****

Liphook Auto Services have been absolutely incredible throughout what has been an extremely stressful and upsetting situation caused by Big Motoring World and Warranties 2000. From the moment my car arrived with a failed gearbox, the team at Liphook were supportive, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. They provided me with a courtesy car straight away — something Big Motoring World refused to do — and kept me updated at every stage without me ever having to chase them. Their communication was clear, consistent and reassuring, especially as the warranty company repeatedly sent the wrong or completely unsuitable parts that they refused to fit it for safety reasons. Throughout all of this chaos, Liphook Auto Services handled everything professionally and with real compassion. They advocated for me, offered guidance, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at each step. Their honesty and expertise were the only things that kept this situation manageable. I cannot recommend Liphook Auto Services highly enough. They are an exceptional garage with exceptional people. They deserve every bit of praise.

Excellent service, great team. Serviced my vehicle at short notice for a very reasonable price. See you soon.

Really great professional service and very helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend this Garage. I have used this garage since it open, excellent service, very supportive, affordable, and trustworthy.

I had an mot, service and my drums painted an excellent professional service and the price was very good. Will continue to go back as nothing is too much for the staff there. They go the extra mile and today that means an awful lot. They do care about their customers and their needs. Excellent service all round. They even collected my car.

Staff so obliging and friendly

I was pleased with the work carried out.

First Close service as always I can strongly recommend this company certainly for going the extra mile

Super service as always. Fitted my car in at very short notice and kept me posted at all times.

Fitted tyre same day, where others couldn't. Would use again.

BRILLIANT service all around. Easy to book, great communication start to finish. Staff was kind, had a great sense of humour and did a really thorough service on my vehicle. Courtesy car was an added bonus and let me stay mobile to do errands. Will absolutely be bringing my car back to this garage.
