I was truly very pleased with my yearly MOT and service using this garage at Spiersbridge Industrial Estate. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and there were no hidden extras to pay for. The staff were really friendly and give exceptional service, as today I needed to get the socket for my passenger seat belt fixed as it had become split and was not working. The mechanic attended to me immediately and had it fixed in ten minutes with reluctance to take any payment. Truly remarkable and kind in this day of the fast buck. I shall be certainly using this garage for all future MOT's and services and will be continuing to recommend it to all of my acquaintances. Well done boys.

I went to Thornliebank Motor Engineers after I was recomended a guy by a friend to do my brakes - he snapped my locking wheel nut and wasn't able to repair the brake and tried to fix it but made it worse and then never came back so I was left to find someone to fix it. I have had bad experiences with main dealer garages and was dreading taking my car in but tried the Good Garage Scheme after hearing it advertised on Clyde 2 but I was glad when I arrived. I didn't feel like a stupid woman like the other garages had done, they didn't try to flog me stuff I didn't need and they just did what I asked and were very friendly. I would recomend them to any one, especialy women who have had similar experiences as me. Many thanks guys keep up the good work - thanks.

Me and my family have used this garage for over twenty five years, and I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues and I have nothing but praise for them. I have never heard a bad word said about them. My wife recently bought a second hand car with a one month guarantee on parts and labour. It was back to the second hand dealers garage where we bought the car three times about a grinding noise and in the end they could not fix it and were totally baffled with what it could be. I asked my wife to book it into Thronliebank Motor Engineers and she went down to see them to fix a date, however the engineer asked her to put it up on the ramp as he thought he knew what the fault was, less than a minute later and he fixed it. This is the type of service received over twenty five years. I can not praise the quality of this garage and its staff highly enough. 110% satisfaction on everything. All staff were very helpful and pleasant, would definitely recommend to other people. Very quick service.

Efficient service and good reporting regarding future work required. Alerted me to poor condition of camshaft belt which I believed had been replaced by other garage previously. Further investigation by Volvo main dealership confirmed their opinion. Been using this garage for over two years now and regard them as 100% trustworthy. Charges reasonable and never excessive.

Not consulted about wiper blades needing replaced and having them replaced.
