Major service (BMW inspection) was carried out 14/07/09 and everything was done fine. (I completed a Good Garage Scheme survey at that time). Visit on 12/11/09 was for MOT, passed with no jobs required. As well as the good work they carry out, Lewis Motors staff are always friendly and very helpful. They are also a lot cheaper than dealing with the BMW main dealership!
This was the first time I used this garage in 5 1/2 years, but the manager remembered my name and the job I do.
Lewis Motors appreciated that I depend on my car for daily business. They managed to immediately obtain urgent delivery of a new tyre for my unusual make of vehicle and were kind enough to fit me in the same day, despite lack of advance notice and despite being very busy with other clients. We arrived in Blackpool, and clutch cable jammed. A local business recommended Lewis Garage as being good and fair for charges. Original diagnosis to remedy was explained, but further checks revealed issue was worn fluid pipe. Excellent biz!.
