When the car was booked in the receptionist stated a time that it would be ready for collection and they were right! No waiting around as at many other garages.

Very friendly and helpful family business. They took excellent care of my car, which is a 09 Jaguar Sovereign and my pride and joy. They quoted very reasonable rates (less than half than my main dealer), for Jaguar service. Being a pensioner it was greatly appreciated. I would certainly highly recommend The Garage to anyone with any marque of car if they want the best quality of care and service at a very fair price.
I suggest that a new printer for the MOT certificates would be good.
Their estimates are really accurate, used them despite another garage being recommended to me. They were cheaper and more efficient. I used them for my other old banger too for an exhaust and they were really helpful. They did my timing belt and kit on my present car, and changed fan belt as that was cracked too. But didn't do anything else as they are honest enough to tell you if it doesn't need doing. If you call them up for advice or a query, they are always helpful! I am always sceptical using garages as I have been ripped off in the past and especially most think that I don't know what I am talking about because I'm female, leaves the impression garages can charge what they like. Fortunately for me, I do know what I am talking about with most cars, however I trust this garage as I'm too lazy to do things in cold weather and something should be left to the professionals!

Polite, professional and informative. Estimate was a fair price but the job was not as straightforward as anticipated, taking nearly double the estimated time. No extra was charged and it was not even drawn to my attention. Well satisfied, thank you.
