The first time I used this garage was by chance when I was new to the area. I was so satisfied I use them all the time and have recommended them to others. I am female and no nothing about cars but they always treat with me respect, are courteous and are willing to explain (without patronising) what the matter was and what they have done; so you know that you are not being ripped off. This has not been my experience generally in other places. If I had to offer any constructive comment it is to be a bit more organised eg they said they would contact me when my MOT was due but I had to go to them (but that is so minor a thing compared to all the good stuff). I particularly value the help of the 2 Davids. Please make sure this feedback is offered to them and that they are told how appreciative I am for the service they provide. Thank you.
Personal service to a high standard.
After being extremely disappointed by the franchise garage I was given the address of D G Vehicle Repairs by a friend. The garage successfully diagnosed the electrical fault in my car. They also advised me that my timing belt should have been renewed, which saved me the cost of major engine repairs, which should have been renewed at the previous service.
The guys in the garage came across as very genuine and honest people. They do not attempt to over exaggerate any work required.
The staff were very helpful. Very pleasant.
