There was a problem with the handbrake. Another garage had attempted to fix this three times and failed. Adams and West Motors put in the extra effort and fixed it. Left the car in a safe condition - at last. Excellent.

Very reliable, and very helpful. They also offered to collect and return the car.
Honest, sensible servicing and repair of my car at a fair price.
I also had a cam belt fitted at my request even though it had not reached the time. The garage did inform me that it need not be done, which I believe shows honesty and allows the customer to trust the relationship they have.
