I think that the way the MOT was booked in, and that I was sent a reminder was a brilliant idea.

A/C condenser and fuel pump both fixed FOC, under 3 month warranty on used car purchased from them. These people treat their customer better than most dealerships will.
I took my car in on the wrong day for its MOT, but they still did it! How cool is that?
I bought a VW Passat from this garage, and found them to be very helpful and their after sales is A1. Three weeks after buying my car, I had a problem with it, and they were very happy to fix it under their warranty, with no messing around or grumbles. They even took me home when I dropped the car off to them and they also picked me up to collect the car when it was ready to be collected.
Very pleased with the reception & the efficiency of the staff. Will use again when the MOT is due.
No improvements needed.
Exceptional! Car had been off the road because Franchise Dealer wanted too much to fix it. Value for money here and great service.
It was helpful and polite to provide quote for the work through phone call when booking car in. Thanks.
Friendly and professional.
Many thanks for cleaning my dirty vehicle!
I am really impressed with the service provided by this garage. It is refreshing to find a garage where the staff have the professionalism the staff have here. I cannot recommend them enough.
These guys are awesome, a refreshing change from the usual garage, with a particularly large focus on customer satisfaction. Very highly recommended.
Efficient, they explained issues well, so I could understand!
First time I have used this garage and I will definitely use again.
Helpful and flexible.
Excellent staff and explanation of work.
First class service, staff cheerful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Gold star.
Thank you.
Fantastic people, great service and above all, honest work.
Just outstanding, a breath of fresh air. Total confidence in every way. Restored my faith in garages, they do make you feel like they have your best interest at heart. Well done.
